ADP experience preferred
Experience with employee onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement required
Bachelor’s degree required: 5+ years of HR experience in lieu of degree
PHR and SHRM-CP preferred
Your New Role:
In this newly-created HR Director position, you’ll join three other people on the HR team for this professional services company. The team is seeking someone who can lead and develop employee engagement programs to attract and retain talent. You’ll also be tasked to create a more structured onboarding program and employee development program including manager and new hiring training and personal development initiatives. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and present talent management best practices before they’re implemented. As an HR Director, you’ll need to be communicate and a creative thinker who takes initiative, as there is a lot to get done.
