The website has a great resource of information and great jobs to consider (at least 1 of my previous positions was found on Macs list). As a professional I have reached to to them for positing positions and the team is quick and is great at making any changes. I've also worked with Mac and his podcast team. They have such energy, passion, and are great to work with! Overall, Macs list is a gem for the PNW.

I’ve seen Mac around at AMA events, and he’s always given me the impression that he’s genuinely passionate about helping people find USEFUL resources when it comes to their job search.

As someone who’s experienced not one, but two layoffs in my career, and is now working in the delightful world of retail (insert heavy sarcasm here), I think we can all feel the weight of uncertainty this job market has placed on our shoulders. So frankly, I’ll take all the help I can get!

That’s why I was genuinely excited to attend my first Mac’s List event, titled “How to Get a Marketing Job in Today’s Uncertain Economy.” …Literally perfect for me.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the resources available.
As someone who’s been trying to break into the product marketing industry, I found the event incredibly valuable. I met fellow job seekers (many of whom had also recently experienced layoffs), as well as recruiters, résumé editors, and career coaches, all of whom were more than willing to offer helpful advice.

Additionally, the speakers were knowledgeable, warm, and inspiring. They invited us to connect on LinkedIn and chat one-on-one, which was honestly so appreciated. It was a small gesture, but one that meant a lot after months of impersonal and discouraging job search experiences.

I’ll definitely be attending another event soon.
