Every day.” Her career was dedicated to understanding the role of meaningful work in creating a purposeful, authentic life. Her human resources and talent management background brought the perspective of both the job seekers and the hiring organization. As a career coach, she worked with individuals across various backgrounds, professions, cultures, experiences, and organizational levels.Marsha was also a full-cycle recruiter, specializing in small and emerging businesses. She brought her expertise to clients making their critical first hires, often in start-up environments.Marsha has spoken at job search groups and has published numerous articles about effective staffing, career management, recruiting, and career renewal.Outside of work, Marsha has volunteered for Friends of Hopewell House and The Bloom Project.
