Progressive, event-driven non-profit trade association located in Downtown Portland, seeks an energetic, collaborative person to take on core administrative and operations functions, including event logistics, member administration, basic bookkeeping (A/R, A/P), HR, database and website updating, and a range of other tasks common to a small office. Full time.

Northwest Environmental Business Council (NEBC) is a five-state business association representing 250 service and technology firms working in the environmental and energy industry.

Qualifications: We are looking for a star performer proficient at juggling numbers, dollars, data, logistics, time lines, deadlines, and people – with speed, accuracy, and grace under pressure. Specifics include:
- Experience with event logistics
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bookkeeping experience (A/R, A/P), Quickbooks a plus
- Good written and telephone communication skills
- Obsessive attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Eager to learn and grow
