Streaming and Digital Content Partnerships owner
The OCP Digital Channel Management Group (part of the Marketing
and Digital Channel Management Division) is looking for a product owner for our
streaming and digital content distribution business. If you have a passion for

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:
You will lead day-to-day activities for our streaming and digital
content distribution business vertical. The
position develops partnerships and strategies that support company revenue and
profitability goals, and works with internal and external partners to support our
streaming and digital content distribution strategic initiatives. This is accomplished by stewardship,
distribution and monetization of OCP digital content which includes music,
e-books, video and audio, and of all OCP products sold in third-party e-commerce
channels (i.e. Amazon).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute business plans and initiatives to ensure the
profit growth and expansion of the company’s streaming and digital content
Develop and manage partnership with third party media distributors
like The Orchard, Spotify, Amazon, iTunes.
Identify new digital assets and/or channels in which our content
can be monetized. Develop business cases
to support recommended assets and/or channels.
Project manage digital initiatives across
UX/UI, content strategy, IT, marketing, sales and product development.
Determine information needs and guide
the design of processes for data collection, data analysis, data presentation
Lead market research, evaluate and recommend enhancements to current
products/services and partnerships.
Develop, measure and evaluate on an on-going basis key performance
Manage the P/L for this business unit.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a closely
3-5 years of experience in digital
asset/partner management, e-commerce and/or streaming content management.
Demonstrable experience developing,
managing and growing partnerships and revenue streams with streaming content companies like
Spotify, Pandora, iTunes and Amazon.
Proven ability to think strategically
and work tactically. Solid experience with website and
digital analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsights, Omniture,
Proven individual contributor and
collaborator. Self-directed, ability to work independently with limited
Analytic, inquisitive mindset, with strong quantitative skills—but
also with a creative bent to apply quantitative data to inform and shape business
strategy and execution.
Experience with OCP’s worship programs and products, and Catholic
liturgy highly desired.
Knowledge of publishing and a commitment to advance OCP’s mission.
