What Matters Most:
3+ years of experience
Experience with financial statement analysis, general ledger, quality assurance, auditing, and disability benefits administration required
Master’s degree required
CPA, CIA, ASQ, and LEAN/Six Sigma required
Your New Role:
Big things are in store for you when you join this team as their new Quality Analyst/CPA! We’re on the hunt for a candidate with plenty of experience in quality assurance and auditing who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help this revered organization streamline their processes and service. In your day-to-day here, you’ll execute QA testing strategies, identify opportunities for operational improvements, and lead small scope projects to implement improvements. You’ll analyze the root cause, impacts, and trends of errors and report results, as well as your recommendations, to your supervisor. If there’s space left on your agenda, you’ll assist with various audit testing all while building a strong network of internal and external contacts to help you on your way. You’ll need to be detailed and possess a willingness to dive into the unknown and ask all the questions in order to succeed here.
