retaining a diverse staff team.  Position SummaryThe Project Coordinator, working under the
direction of the Deputy Director, and in support of the Program Manager team, is
responsible for understanding all program requirements related to their use of
the software application CLARA. The person in this position supports the
Program Managers and other program staff in defining application requirements
and communicating those requirements to the software vendor, Vista Logic. This
person will use a number of help desk and work tracking applications, including
Confluence, JIRA, and Trello to manage and prioritize the issues as directed by
the Program Managers. The Project Coordinator performs all user acceptance
testing of resolved issues prior to passing them on to program staff to test. The
Project Coordinator will work closely with the organizations’ programs as well as all stakeholders and technology staff
to delight customers and drive projects to a successful conclusion. This person
will also contribute to and support process improvement and quality assurance
activities for each of the programs. Formal Project Coordination is just one
aspect of the position, but leadership, flexibility, prioritization,
communication, relationship building, and analytic skills are paramount for
success.  Additional responsibilities
include ensuring that quality benchmarks are measured, and that training is
provided to internal users and external provider partners as well as to the
organizations’ Program teams.  The
successful candidate will have a passion for the mission of Project Access NOW
and a commitment to ensuring our supporting software meets the needs of our
programs and clients. Principal Duties & Responsibilities●      Responsible for
supporting and aiding the Program Managers in setting priorities for software
bug/fix and enhancements ●      Acts as the
single point of contact with Vista Logic for software development across the
organizations’ programs●      Assist in creating
functional requirements definition and related Use Cases and corresponding Test
Cases for application platforms across organizations’ programs●      Work with the Program Managers and Deputy Director to manage
Cost and Budgeting for application platform development●      Assures the
creation, existence, quality, and accuracy of necessary project related
documentation●      Supports and
coordinates all levels of resources working on multiple projects, as projects
vary in complexity and duration●      Work with Vista
Logic on Project Scheduling and implementation●      Responsible for
all phases of the CLARA software
development lifecycle (SDLC) for custom solutions for all organizations’
programs●      Create and
manage acceptance testing and regression testing models for application
platforms ●      Perform and
coordinate testing and verification of all new and updated configurations as
well as new application releases●      Produce reports
using Excel and Access and other appropriate software.●      Analyze data, and
suggest program improvements ●      Facilitates
discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution●      Responsible for handling Protected
Health Information in a secure manner including security incident management
and identification of breaches. All staff are responsible for following HIPAA
policies and procedures.▪
