What Matters Most:

Experience in the RIA industry or as a wealth advisor
Proficiency in MS Office required
Experience with Orion, Advent, or a similar portfolio management system nice to have
Bachelor’s degree required

Your New Role:
You’re tech-savvy, a team player, and you really enjoy keeping busy and diving into new challenges. Maybe you’ve worked in the RIA industry in some capacity or you’ve held a wealth advisor role, helping clients build and customize their portfolios. Either way, this company will harness your expertise for a newly-created role that’s full of variety and brimming with growth potential. At the top of your to-do list as Operations Specialist, you’ll handle trade and account reconciliations, advisor team service requests, data entry and tracking for onboarding, and escalations with vendors and custodians. Dive deep into the analytics and manipulate the data as needed for other areas of the business. You’ll coordinate client paperwork for launch folders and create customized reports for clients as well. They’ve got their sights set on someone who values all ideas brought to the table and uses every opportunity to learn more.
