Employer/Vet/DisabledJob Qualifications: Education: High
School Graduate or GED equivalentExperience: One
year of medical scribe experience required along with at least one of the
following areas preferred:     Familiarity with
Medical Terminology (required)     Experience with
EMR.     Typing > 50
WPM.Skills: Communication skills – ability to read and write
commensurate with basic office processes required.Accurately and thoroughly documenting medical visits and
procedures as they are being performed by the provider.Must maintain confidentiality and privacy in accordance with
governing HIPAA standards; compliance with specific EHR standards.Ability to use a personal computer and word processing
software.Proficient in computer/data entry skills.Ability to learn department administrative procedures and
assist with the flow of clerical support work as per specific instructions.CPR Certification preferredStatus: Non-exempt; Full time benefitsHours: usual
working hours will be 8a-5p, and as needed depending on the needs of the
