Your New Role:
We’re seeking a Marketing Strategist with a depth of experience in the baked goods or natural foods area to partner with this local, industry-leading company to grow their brand. In this newly-created role, you’ll support the marketing department by working closely with the Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and New Product Development teams to drive marketing, merchandising, promotion, and portfolio management for the bake line. You’ll lead the charge in optimizing sales for this key product category, and implement long-term plans for category development, including portfolio management. A bulk of your role will involve researching and analyzing data to gain market insights and help better understand consumer and industry trends, and inform promotional and merchandising strategies across all channels. They’ll need you to be flexible with scheduling, and able to travel for tradeshows and other events. If you have an interest in natural foods and healthy eating, even better!
