Come join us!The OpportunityThis is a ground floor opportunity to lead the demand generation efforts at a fast-growing logistics startup that is disrupting the 4-billion-dollar a year international logistics industry.  Reporting to the Head of Product & Marketing, you’ll apply a data-driven approach to manage and execute campaigns of paid and organic digital lead generation strategies across a variety of channels.  You’ll apply analysis and optimization to improve key metrics like Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Acquisition, and ROI (by channel/campaign). This is the perfect role for the individual that can align digital marketing & demand generation initiatives with strategic business goals.Day to Day ImpactDetermine the optimal mix of marketing programs to target new and existing prospects (e.g. trade shows, SEM, paid search, content syndication, web, and email.)Build and drive innovative lead generation programs for converting online prospects.Establish and optimize replicable processes for demand generation, nurturing, & converting.Manage internal and external resources responsible for the execution of online (SEO/SEM/PPC), field marketing, and events.Determine KPIs that measure campaign effectiveness by measuring and improving lead quality, conversion ratios, market fit, ROI, and communicate metrics to stakeholders.Work closely with the Sales team to create and manage SLA’s and campaigns for both inbound and outbound lead creation.You’ll Be Successful BecauseBachelor’s degree in marketing or similar business-oriented discipline3+ years of experience in managing digital marketing & demand generation initiatives for a service-oriented business 3+ years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to: Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Email Marketing & Automation, Sales Promotions3+ years managing lead generation campaigns including but not limited to: On-site lead generation (leveraging content, tools, and promotions), Identifying potential lead sources (events, associations, and lists), Cultivating & qualifying leads, Optimizing for lead cost & quality3+ years managing advanced analytics to increase marketing efficiencies: monitoring digital media performance across multiple channels, optimizing existing digital media campaigns, working to achieve marketing goals and objectives3+ years managing industry standard tools related to website analytics, SEO, CRM, and campaign management (Google Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager, and HubSpot preferred).Proven excellent verbal and written communication, and project management skillsWhy FleetCompetitive pay100% medical, dental, and vision (nothing out of your paycheck)Stock optionsUnlimited paid time off policyPaid parental leavePaid parking in downtown Portland or a monthly TriMet passFrequent work-hosted events (team lunches, snacks, and happy hours)A collaborative and flexible, come-as-you-are (and dog-friendly office!) work culture
