Your New Role:
As a Junior HR Generalist for this dynamic financial services group, you’ll be a pivotal piece of the puzzle to help keep all HR-related projects moving forward. You’ll hit the ground running, assisting with benefits and payroll, calculating performance bonuses alongside management, and holding performance reviews. You’ll also communicate with candidates in consideration and manage any task overflow. We’re looking for someone with major MS Office skills, with the know-how to handle everything from advanced formulas, charts, and Pivot Tables in MS Excel to building documents and reports in MS Word. As the business grows, you’ll need to be prepared to tackle new responsibilities and handle any ambiguities that come with. If you have a mind for systems and a composed head on your shoulders, you’ll be invaluable to this team.
