IT Support Specialist

The mission of
Project Access NOW is to improve the health of our community by creating access
to care and services for those most in need. 
Project Access NOW coordinates a network of physicians and other healthcare providers,
making it easier for them to donate medically necessary care to low-income,
uninsured people in our communities.

Title: Information Technology Support Specialist

Reports
to: Director of Information Technology

Hours: Full/Flex Time

Salary:  $22 to $27 an
hour starting wage (DOE). Full-benefits offered.  (Medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, and
401K)

 

Position Summary

The
Information Technology Support Specialist is primarily responsible for
assisting the Information Technology Specialist in providing technical support and
training for staff and other IT related project tasks. The person in this
position will also help Information Technology Specialist and the Security and
Privacy Officers with HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in
CS or equivalent experience required

While performing the duties of this job, the
