What Matters Most:

8+ years of experience, preferably in an HR leadership role
Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS required
Knowledge of employee relations, training and development, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement required
Bachelor’s degree required
SPHR and SHRM-SCP nice to have

Your New Role:
Tap into your creative side with a high-level HR opportunity where you’ll partner with senior leadership to disrupt the status quo around employee engagement, training and development, and performance management. As the Director of People and Culture for this global technology group, you’ll oversee all HR and people functions for the numerous national and international outposts of this PNW-based company. The nuances of this role involve coaching and developing managers, mentoring a team of HR professionals, and implementing strong programs that improve employee engagement and enhance team performance. We’re looking for a high energy individual who is patient, optimistic, and has plenty of great ideas to offer. If you have what it takes to balance strategic and tactical work while looking outside the box for ways to boost the business, they’ll extend you a seat at the table.
