Your New Role:
In this HR Director role, you’ll craft, direct, and implement company-wide strategy and organizational development plans for a tech company in hot growth mode. Sounds exciting, right? This is a great role for a senior leader looking for direct access to decision makers at the company. You’ll be reporting directly to the CEO and helping with growth initiatives, including overseeing the design and development of compensation plains, enhancing company culture, and providing strategic talent management guidance to a team that is often remote. It’s a working director role with so much growth potential – there’s a lot of M&A activity and global exposure as new acquisitions are brought into the fold. Successful candidates will have strong business acumen, be comfortable navigating ambiguity, and be able to adapt to a changing environment. It’s a fun, outgoing team that could use your steadying influence as they grow, grow, grow.
Your New Organization:
Growth opportunities abound as this company expands into new markets and integrates acquisitions. The location is also great for someone in the Tualatin, Tigard, or Wilsonville area who is looking to skip traffic and work closer to home. The perks are sweet – catered lunches, stocked break room, and gym discounts. The benefits are even better! You’ll receive paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plus match, and paid parking. Get us your resume today!
