What Matters Most:
7+ years of experience
Experience with benefits administration, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, training and development, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement required
Experience implementing and elevating HR technologies preferred
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, and SHRM-SCP preferred
