Your New Role:
We’ve partnered with a local creative agency to find their new Director of Human Resources – someone with solid industry experience and strong knowledge of local and federal laws. A seat at this table comes with major influencer potential! You’ll be part of the senior leadership team and tasked to drive people strategies and advise on a variety of HR topics. The scope of this role is pretty robust – you’ll provide day-to-day guidance on career development and disciplinary actions and ensure all work is in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations. You’ll also advise on business unit restructures, workforce and succession planning, and important workplace matters like improving work relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity and retention. New employee orientation will be an integral part of your to-do list as well as closely monitoring benefits and payroll to ensure everything is completed accurately and seamlessly. Consistent communication will be your key to driving successful outcomes in this fluid environment.
