What Matters Most:

4+ years of experience
Proficiency with MS Office required
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping required; Collections experience preferred
Strong knowledge of DocuWare, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software preferred
High School degree or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Your New Role:
Since their founding in 1982, this company has become widely-recognized as the ‘go-to’ for North Pacific seafood sourcing. As they continue to grow the business, a need has emerged for a Bookkeeper to help them keep the financials in check. Your responsibilities will include entering bills into QuickBooks and DocuWare, preparing checks for signature, depositing wires and electronic payments, and invoicing around 150 picking tickets per week. In addition, you’ll transport mail to the post office and work closely with the sales and purchasing team to ensure accounts are up to date. You’ll need to be highly organized, efficient, and possess a discerning eye to make sure that all financial info is entered accurately.
