Your New Role:
What would it look like to work in an environment where you can operate independently and own all aspects of your role? Once you snag this Administrative Assistant position, you’ll see for yourself! In this office, you’ll be the point of contact for all day-to-day retail property operations including office upkeep, social media and marketing, and tenant lease compliance. This multi-layered role is pretty substantial and will likely keep even the most organized and focused individual on their toes! Bring your A-game to coordinate and execute community events and holiday promotions, assist with coding and approving invoices, oversee content updates to social media accounts and the company website, and help with other marketing activities and promotions. You’ll interact regularly with tenants and vendors and oversee growth of the property, eventually leveling up to a position that’s just right for you!
Your New Organization:
Family owned for three generations and they’re not going anywhere! They’re very well connected to the community and represent clients across the Pacific Northwest. There’s no micromanaging here and you’ll get plenty of time to build up the skills to grow out of this role or even make real estate a long-term career. You’ll get paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plus match, and a discretionary annual bonus.
