A spot has opened up for an Administrative Assistant who can juggle a variety of administrative tasks in their corporate headquarters. You’ll provide a full range of support from reviewing and updating HR and risk management documents, to maintaining and review all filings like tenant certificates, incident logs, claims, certificates of insurance, and paid receipts. You’ll be charged to coordinate the reception coverage when coverage is low and assist other department with special projects as needed. More than anything, they’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running, bringing a professional demeanor, nimble work style, and upbeat attitude to the team.
