What Matters Most:
5+ years of accounting experience
General ledger and financial statement analysis experience required
Experience with multi-location reporting and consolidation highly preferred
Proficiency with Restaurant 365, Rosnet, Aloha POS or other similar ERPs preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
CPA/CMA would be nice to have
Your New Role:
This growing food retail operation has the recipe for success – a true dedication to sourcing sustainable, locally grown food products. They’re missing one important ingredient though – an Accounting Manager to help them grow. This is a hands-on role, overseeing bookkeeping in a completely paperless system (sustainability, remember!). You’ll be in charge of sales, credit card, and cash deposit posting and reconciliations, cash forecasting, intercompany transactions, and sales tax filings. You will also be building systems that are scalable for growth as the company adds 2-4 restaurants each year. You’ll fit in well with this generative team if you are high energy and don’t have a big ego.
